Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of APRENDEAESTARBIEN who will not accept any gift unless it can be used or spent in a manner consistent with the objective of APRENDEAESTARBIEN.
No irrevocable donation, whether direct or for life, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the donation could jeopardize the financial security of the donor.
APRENDEAESTARBIEN will refrain from advising on the tax or other treatment of donations and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the donation process.
APRENDEAESTARBIEN will accept cash donations.
APRENDEAESTARBIEN will provide donors with receipts that comply with the fiscal requirements of the goods received by the organization as donations.
APRENDEAESTARBIEN will respect the donor's intention regarding the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous donations, APRENDEAESTARBIEN will restrict donor information to only those staff members who need to know it.
APRENDEAESTARBIEN will not compensate, whether through commissions, intermediary fees or other means, any third party for directing a donation or donor to APRENDEAESTARBIEN.
By donating, you agree to share your personal information with APRENDEAESTARBIEN, the non-profit organization, and its service providers.
At APRENDEAESTARBIEN we will not sell, trade or rent your non-public personal information under any circumstances.
“Personal information” means information that you provide to us or information that we collect from or about you through collection services, which identifies or could be used to identify you.
The “Collection services” are referred to the donations, membership fees and sale of our manual through the store.
We use donor information we collect from you for our general administrative purposes and to fulfill various obligations related to record keeping and reporting. This includes the following: distribution of donation receipts; maintenance of internal records evaluation functions; compliance with applicable tax requirements; delivery of reports to the corresponding government agencies, as required by current law; and communication of significant changes to this policy and other related policies.
We carry out the above activities to comply with our legal obligations and fulfill our legitimate interests in the administration of our donation processes.
